Whether we like it or not, 3D is becoming a key part of movies these days. Last weekend, Tim Burton's Alice broke all opening records at the box office, taking $210m worldwide, half of which was in 3D screens. Avatar is still taking over... We give you a pretty good deal with Moviestorm. You can download the core software for free, and we work hard to ship regular updates and improvements. Those updates are also free. Usually, we'll give you a handful of bugfixes, a handful... Over the last few weeks, I've made about 20 short video tutorials. To get the screen captures for these, I've been using a neat little tool: CamStudio. Despite being ultimately an Adobe product, it's free, it's open source, and it does... A few shots from the 2009 Christmas Party at the Moviestorm Mansion. A few weeks ago, we gave you a bunch of Halloween monsters created by the Marvellous Mister Ollis. Quite rightly, a number of you observed that they were all male. This is because we are all - apart from Lisa, of course - well brought-up... When we rolled out the new marketplace last week, we had a couple of problems with the payment systems. We can't take American Express. This is due to some issue between PayPal and Amex. To be honest, we don't entirely understand it, and... In previous posts, we've alluded to Jeff's design skills. Turns out, he's even more talented than that.
