That is actually the only thing I haven't tried. I'll give it a go, but if it doesn't work it looks like it's probably a problem with the shaders, which means I'll have to film the car scenes with shaders off.

Could it be an issue of the direction of light?
Have you tried to lower the color intensity (on the HSB mode)?

Having some issues with the seats. They're shiney in one camera angle and not in another. Any thoughts? The seats are set to dark grey (2 over from black).
