No these are animated props but they will have a lot more animations than I am showing here. I know I have the bones but I can't get the MS Skeleton to work in Milkshape and I haven't tried it in Max yet. I didn't know we could do things like make new faces, hair and costumes that were this different than MS with the MS Skeletons. I thought we could only do animations for them because we don't have the meshes for the costumes or hair.

Did you import these as new costumes and heads for the MS puppets or did you import them as animated props for MS?
cause we have the bones now and if you did your Rigging (skinning)correctly,
if these are new costumes and heads you should be able to do a whole lot more then what you have shown here
