Thanks Sephen. Yes it was a lot of work and I thought I would not be able to do this but I did it. That is what I like about modding and film making, the challenge especially when you think something is impossible and then you find you can do it.

There are three addons available. The first is the sailboat. The only animations for the sailboat are the cabin doors opening and closing but the sailboat is movable. I also created two different bunk beds for the sleeping quarters and two different fish nets. I also created two more fishnets and another addon. There are also two fishnets in the Sailboat accessories and furniture addon. You can download the sailboat addon here:

This is not an easy prop to use and you need KV Stairs and the Nav Mesh created by D.L. Watson.
