Cel-shading only seems to show up in the script overview options dialogue if I expand the window full size.

But when I select, and save, and render, I am not seeing cel-shading.

Does this require the Hardware Skinning option for graphics? (my card/drivers don't seem to support the hardware skinning so that is turned off).
