Short Fuze is planning to hold a machinima evening in Los Angeles on Wednesday April 25. David Bailey and I will be showing the latest version of Moviestorm, outlining our vision of where it's going, and, most importantly, listening to users about what they want to see in Moviestorm. The audience will range from amateur machinimators to film and TV professionals. We will have a projector so you can show your latest productions if you like.

Venue to be confirmed, probably somewhere in Beverly Hills. Refreshments will be provided.

We are planning a similar event in New York on Monday April 30.

All welcome to either event, and they're both completely free, but there will be limited numbers, so you must book in advance: please contact david .bailey at shortfuze .co .uk by April 17 to register your interest.

we'd be happy to arrange a "skype in" conference in a couple of weeks - the LA and NY events now have about 12 takers in each location (plus "special guests" ) and we will be confirming location and time on Tuesday (after long weekend Easter break in UK)

I can't begin to say how exciting it has all become for us as Short Fuze recently, loads of good things are happening in the background both technically and commercially, and its a "bit crazy" (understatement) in terms of workload. If we take a day or two to reply, we still care!

Yeah, I'll throw my hat in after I hear the location and time.

Kroze and I were going to make up a mock trailer - "It's Walky"- and a promo for our old show, "Elm Way", that we want to redo in Movie, but with the current limitations (models, skins, me not knowing how to do shit), we can't.

Neither have I, but I'm a patient kinda guy. Maybe I'll just drive around BH looking for a sign, or buy a map of the stars and brush up on my papparazi.

Now that it's the 17th and the deadline is upon us. And not having received any confirmation of the email I sent, I just want to reiterate that I'm booking in advance and plan to attend, that is if I'm still invited?

ALL

Matt and I are also at the econSM conference on Social Media all day on 26th April http://www.econsm.com/ which promises to be an eyeopening event. If you are there, or know someone who is, look us up. we'll be the guys dying of jetlag

We are around in LA (based in Beverley Hills) from 25th to 29th, and would be happy to visit informally as well as running the "open house" event for machinimators and guests

Our NY timetable is crushed between flights in on Sunday night and out on Monday 30th April evening, and we are running an "open house" at the hotel we are based at all day. Sadly we cannot stay over longer, but aim to return.

Invites have been sent to all those who expressed an interest in the LA event. If you emailed or PM'd me but have *not* received details by 18:00GMT today, then please PM me and I will resend!

Thanks again, really looking forward to this trip.
