Hey Everyone,
I was thinking that there should be a jail cell in Moviestorm. So I came to the forums and I was going to post it in the suggestion part of the forum. But I was thinking about it more and I remembered that there was a big cylinder. So I made the cylinder small and turned it gray, and it looked like a small jail cell bar. So I kept stacking them on top until it was a tall bar. I have been working on it for a couple days now and I am half way done. Here is a picture of it.

So if you want to make a jail cell here are the steps:
1. Make a small room (Three Walls)
2. Paint the wall with the texture wall breeze block white-dirty
3. Pant the Ground with the texture ground paving 02-Tinible
4. Find the big cylinder
5. Shrink it to a smaller size (Almost all the way to the left on the size bar)
6. Color it gray
7. Do 4-6 again and keep stacking them until it's a big bar

So this is how you build a jail cell.

Yes, it's quite time consuming to make, but it's well worth the wait! Thanks, moviemaker9! Very helpful for those who wants a film with inmates or a prison set.

The clone-tool should help with getting lots of versions of the same prop at the same sise.

Look for it in the panel with move/rotate/delete tools.

How about having the ability to select multiple small cylinders so that we can clone a whole bar at once rather than cloning individual cylinders one by one?

It could help with the accuracy of the measurements of the cell.

Uh, how about a group select tool in general? :0) So simple, but so high on my list!

Yes yes yes. Sign me up for the group clone tool!

Another way to build a jail cell quickly, if you have the addon pack, is to use sign posts. The sign part will extend beyond the ceiling and thus be out of view, giving you an instant pole without all the stacking. I know from experience how hard stacking can be. Things can really jump around.

I agree on the group clone tool too. Stacking is pretty hard and sometimes when you stack the cylinders the cylinder your stacking on is uneven. It would be nice just to put one pole next to eachother without you keeping stacking them.

I came up with an easier cell bar for you to use, just use the street sign, It makes an ideal iron bar and its a lot easier to place.

For those of you with cravings to see your poor Moviestorm characters incarcerated, here's a sneak preview of some of the test assets for our upcoming crime pack, which includes cells, a police station interior and exterior, a variety of cop uniforms, police cars, bad guys, and so on, plus a whole load of new animations. It will include a mixture of US-styled, and UK-styled assets.

We haven't fixed the release date yet, but we're aiming for some time early autumn.

That pack is one of the ones I am surely waiting for. I definetely need stuff like that in my productions. Now I get more and more guns, I won't be limited to a 9mm pistol anymore.
