will moviestorm feature any as props? sorry if this has been asked before but I want to know as I will probably need them in my movie making. Also if there not in already, how hard will it be to do animations for one and to make a mesh for them?

hi, I know at least that I have asked for this in a very long thread somewhere else! I think it would be amazing to have musical instruments, especially if they could be tied in to an audio track...imagine being able to extract the drum beat from a song and have a moviestorm puppet play the drums in exactly that beat.
I'm guessing that's a long way of though!

We haven't got an SG but we've got Strat and Les Paul style guitars in the pipeline along with a drumkit and keyboards.

Any kind of acoustic or folk instruments would be great actually, fiddle, northumbrian pipes, different kind sof hand drums..etc.. though I wouldn't hold it against you if you go for the better known & more popular instruments first but left it open for the modders to adapt these.

The sims made it very difficult to mod their instruments and it meant that modders only really wanted to make pet projects...
& effectively this meant endless electric guitars in different colour schemes.
I spent years looking for a sim banjo.

OOh harpsichord, triangle..I'll stop now before programmers start throwing cheese and tomato sandwiches at each other in despair.

so will there be any left handed versions of the guitars (think like Jimi Hendrix) or Paul McArtney etc, since this would be a good deal helpful for me in my scrubs - house hybrid since I'm making myself and I'm a left handed guitarist.

Yes, I'm left handed also, & mirrored animations = two for the price of one.
I know you can mirror in the editor, but only for a one shot .

Glockenspiels and Xylophones, you can never have enough of these
