You can create new gestures from the Modder's Workshop?

No you have to create Cal3D animation files using a program like Fragmotion, Milkshape etc.  - or if you are rich 3DS Max ;) and then you can import them using the Modders workshop.

I use 3DS Max and the Milkshape, but don't know how to import it then to the Modders Workshop.
And another question, to do the clothes which program to use?
Sorry for asking so much, but I'm new in these issues of modeling  <_<
