 Hey guys!!

Ok. Maybe I am jumping the gun here. Because I haven't been able to download the software yet. But I need to ask some questions regarding hairstyles. The main character in my film is 21 to 22 years old. He has long brown hair that he keeps very neat and clean. The base software has brown hair. But it is fashioned in grunge style. When we get the license can we get long hair that is neater?? Also. Is there any way to take something from the female side {again with hairstyles} and give it to a male character???

Get back to me on this please,

Thanks!!

Raven

Hi Raven,

First off, there are some mods out there with hair add-ons.

The Moviestorm Bonus pack has Asian hairstyles: http://www.moviestor...place/freeasset - near the bottom of the page. Admittedly they're short, but sweet...

Chris Ollis' hair morphs: http://www.moddingst...HairMorph.shtml - not sure if there are long styles there, but the add-on is a snip* at £5.00 (*pun definitely intended oh yes indeedy)

Chris' medieval hairstyles add-on looks like there are some longer hairstyles included: http://www.moddingst...0_MedHair.shtml - that one is a rather manageable £10.00.

Squirrelygirl has some interesting ones which may suit as well: http://www.moviestor...showtopic=15519 - $4.99

Arthur V. Kuhrmeier has a couple of options as well: http://fullhorn.tv/p...avk-hairstylist - $15.99

and http://fullhorn.tv/p...avk-hairdresser - $23.99

They're the ones I can recall.

If they're not suitable, it should be possible to repurpose hairstyles between the sexes. However, it's not as straightforward as you might think as the skeletons for Male and Female actors are very different.

Hope that helps...

Hey guys-

Thanks for the tips. Can't do anything til I get my license. That's on Thurs. What I want looks kind of like this:

Hey guys!!

Ok. Just got my annual license. Woo-hoo!! Ok. Looking for longer hairstyles for a couple characters. Somebody mentioned hairstyles for like 5.00 or something. But it was in British pounds. I remember the name Chris Hollis being attached to that comment. Anyway. What is the price in USD????

Hey guys!!

Ok. Just bought the medieval hairstyles pack for $15.66. So now how do I locate it in my Moviestorm stuff?? Asking because I want to load some of the hairstyles now.

If it downloaded as an "addon" just install it from the Moviestorm Start Screen. Click the "Install A File" then Click "Content Pack or Mod (.addon)". If it came down as a zip file like the last few I bought from Moddingstorm did, Unzip then follow previous instructions. Hope this is what you meant.

Brian

P.S. If you already installed it it should be under in "Dressing Room View" then "Hair & Hats"
