london, I just found the search button yesterday, so don't feel bad for asking. I don't know why it seems so unintuitive there. Hmm. Actually, I think I do: I'm trained to look for a search box.

Yeah, you're right. I missed the links in their sigs leading to diverse suspicious external sites.  Well, at least this time the fake texts in the posts were appreciative of the work done by the community; most of the time they use to insert nonsensical garbage, those lazy ungrateful gits!

 

Well, most of the offending posts have already been deleted by the admins.

Sadly we appear to have become spam city again since the lockdown of the forum got lifted (unintentionally I'm sure, as I've reported a ton of them since posting reactivated and no sign of any moderators to clean up).

Sadly, I suspect that someone will.norice eventually and lock posting again like they did before. Either that, it'll just get worse and worse til no one wants to wade through the dross to find anything and these forums will finally end up completely abandoned...
