Quick question, and sorry if the answer is obvious: I just installed Moviestorm, but, when I try to run it, it tells me that I must purchase a membership-- I don't want to do that until I'm sure I can use it on this computer. How do I access the 14-day trial? unsure.gif

Thank you.

Hello,
Normally one starts the trial period by creating an account, but it appears you already did that about 4 years ago.
If you want, I can add a two week trial to your existing account?

Thanks, Ben, now I understand. I did join four years ago, but I couldn't use Moviestorm because it said my video card was incompatible. Now I have a new laptop and I'd like to give it another shot. So, yes, if you could add a two-week trial period, or even just through the weekend, I can tell if I can use it now. Thank you very much.

Ok, you should be able to use it as a trial account until the 25th. Have fun with Moviestorm.

Thanks, Ben. I got in. All sorts of stuff is downloading now. I'll play with it over the weekend and if all goes well I'll pick up a theme bundle on Sunday. cool.gif

Okay, it took me a little longer than I expected-- I should know by now. laugh.gif

Unfortunately, when I tried to buy a Theme Pack just now, I got an error message (twice). The PayPal transaction was approved. It happened when I clicked to confirm. Any ideas? Thank you.

That sounds very much like you would need to install updated graphics drivers. Some of the default drivers (for the intel graphics) that come with Windows do not work in a way that is just like you described.
