We’ve added some extra packs to some of the Moviestorm bundles. They don’t cost you any extra, so you’ll now get more for your money if you choose any of the three upgraded themed bundles or Moviestorm Complete 2010.

If you’re a regular subscriber, the extra packs will be automatically added to your Moviestorm content library next time your subscription renews (which could be 1, 3 or 12 months, depending on your subscription) if you don’t already have them.

Boxed editions purchased in the next few weeks will not show the new content packs on the DVDs packaging. You will still get the additional packs, and they are included on the DVD.

What’s new?

- Kids Shows: Fun Land
- Fantasy Films: Halloween, Halloween 2009, Female Monster Heads
- Moviestorm Complete 2010: Fun Land, Halloween, Halloween 2009, Female Monster Heads

Following this upgrade, the Action Movies, Factual TV, Situation Drama and Music Videos bundles will still include 11 content packs. Kids now has 11 each, and Fantasy is boosted to 14. All themed packs cost just $75, or $10 per month to rent. The Complete bundle has now grown to a massive 39 packs, offering amazing value for only $30 a month or $225 to purchase.

Check out the latest bundle deals!

How will this work for those of us who bought a lifetime bundle? We don't have any renewal date to reset anything.
I bought the Fantasy Films pack, and already own two of the three new packs, but the third is still showing as 'Buy' in the Marketplace and through the MovieStorm 'Get More Content'.

What Reacher said.

I bought Sit Drama, but Valentine shows only "Buy".

Thanks.

If you bought a bundle prior to the upgrade, you will not get any additional content free. You'll only get the free upgrade if you pay by regular subscription or if your subscription expires and you take out a new one.

If you bought a bundle, what you get is whatever was included at the time you bought it. Monthly subscribers pay $120 a year for a bundle, compared to $75 for those who buy a bundle outright, so we think it's reasonable that they automatically benefit from whatever's currently on offer. Also, this means that if we switch out what's in a bundle for something else, you don't suddenly find that you no longer have a pack you were using and have paid for.

Apologies. The Valentine's pack should not have been included with the free upgrades this week, and it has now been withdrawn from those bundles. (And the postings in the forum and MS News have been edited so that they reflect the current offering.)

If you were lucky enough to get (or renew) MS Complete 2010 or Situation Drama in the last couple of days, then you will have got the pack free.

This doesn't affect the issues mentioned above by Reacher or MefuneAkira: customers who purchased those bundles prior to the upgrade wouldn't have got a free upgrade anyway, so we're not penalizing them in any way.
