Quick question, and sorry if the answer is obvious: I just installed Moviestorm, but, when I try to run it, it tells me that I must purchase a membership-- I don't want to do that until I'm sure I can use it on this computer. How do I access the 14-day trial?
Thank you. -------------------- |

Hello,
Normally one starts the trial period by creating an account, but it appears you already did that about 4 years ago. If you want, I can add a two week trial to your existing account? -------------------- Ben Sanders

Thanks, Ben, now I understand. I did join four years ago, but I couldn't use Moviestorm because it said my video card was incompatible. Now I have a new laptop and I'd like to give it another shot. So, yes, if you could add a two-week trial period, or even just through the weekend, I can tell if I can use it now. Thank you very much.

Ok, you should be able to use it as a trial account until the 25th. Have fun with Moviestorm.

Hopefully he checks back before then.

^^ Oh, definitely.

Okay, it took me a little longer than I expected-- I should know by now.
Unfortunately, when I tried to buy a Theme Pack just now, I got an error message (twice). The PayPal transaction was approved. It happened when I clicked to confirm. Any ideas? Thank you. -------------------- |
