Hi
My existing membership expires later in January but so as not to miss the date I have just paid for another year.

Will this new period commence at the end of the existing term?

Many thanks and all the best for 2014
Graham

Hi,
It's now valid until 2015-01-21; I'm presuming that is a year after your existing term would have ended.

My membership is up soon. Do you send out renewal notices?

I think we might not.

Your Moviestorm Education is expiring in just under a week. If you renew before it expires, then the next duration is added on to what you already have - it's not a disadvantage to renew early.

Thank you for your reply. A reminder would be extremely helpful, though.
