Is there a way to slow down the TTS Option on Moviestorm, Want to use this to get a movie started before I get lines from actors

I would really like to use the TTS option on Moviestorm so I could get a movie started before I get the lines from the actors, however, I did this for a movie I made and noticed that the TTS is very fast, much faster than the lines I do myself or get from the actors. Is there a way to slow this down so the lip sync will match better?

I just tried a test of this and tried to stretch the voice file on the set view and it would not stretch out.
