Good-day,to you all moviestorm masters-director and moviestorm movie-maker users. Please i would like to suggest something that will increased moviestorm customers ,and users, in making animation movies. You see! creating male and female characters that moviestorm user can possibly (INSERT FACIAL PICTURE OF ANY CELEBRITY  IN  THE CHARACTER AND IT WORKED PERFECTLY)Will impressed people and attract customers and this has not been done by any 3D ANIMATION SOFTWARE before. So! Moviestorm should take this advantage and see the moviestorm software on-top of  all the 3D animation software, thank you.

There is no easy way to do that because an image is 2D and Moviestorm is 3D, people's heads are all different shapes so if you place an image of someone on the wrong shape head it won't look like them. You can do this in some 2D softwares I believe. And it would be possible to model any head you want and attach it to an MS model, but that takes huge skill, and is not something that could be easily automated at this stage in Moviestorm 's life.

Cheers.

Yes you could apply a decal to the Universal head a la "http://www.moviestor...showtopic=9408"and then tweak the various features to approximate the real target's face.

At least you could in 2011 I'm not sure whether it would work exactly the same way in the current version of MS.

I think it can work... to some extent. The main drawback of using the universal head (or any other stock head else) is that the face bone features, ie the face shape, as Prima said, won't be changed, so relevant facial traits specific to the character will probably lost.

Take a look at the examples of well know figures from the American political world: they use specific heads (and bodies) specially created for them.

If you want to tell jokes then use Muvizu; if you want to make 'Movies', use iClone; but if you want to tell stories, use Moviestorm - PrimaveraNZ
