Question about the bonus content |

Do I need to claim them whenever a new one comes avaliable to get it or do I get them all when I claim? What I'm meaning is that when I reactivated my licence in April the smart phone was the bonus, I claimed it. Then I had to take a little trip and was gone until just a few days ago. Today I claimed the wheelchair, but missed the snipe rifle in between them, and I really want that one. For the record, I did the year licence, so it's active until April of next year.

Once you have activated your first claim moviestorm should automatically download future bonus content as far as I am aware. Could it be that it may have downloaded both at once and you may just not have noticed? Have a look through your assets and see if the stuff is there if you haven`t already, if you have and it`s not there my apologies, moviestorm will get back to you tomorrow

There is one BonusContent content pack; once you have a licence for it, then you have it, and it should do updates when it is installed to get the newer bonus content.
If you have the smartphone, but dont have the sniper rifle or wheelchair, then the updates may have failed to work - let me know, and we can try to sort it out. -------------------- Ben Sanders
