A crazy and funny collaborative movie idea!, looking for input/moviestormers to help

Hi, I had a pretty funny idea for a movie recently, and it would be even funnier/better as a collaborative effort.
I'm talking like several different moviestormers being involved in this movie all portraying themselves.
If anyone would be interested in doing something like this just post a reply and I will fill you in on the details.

Your right. People probably want details upfront. So here they are....

This idea is based on a short conversation that PapaG and myself had in a forum recently.

I think it would be kinda funny to do a movie about the Moviestorm site being down for several days with no answers from the staff. Only a short time later we find out that there was some kind of viral (zombie) outbreak (possibly caused on purpose by a moviestorm competator) that is the root of the problem.

To make it even cornier several of us moviestormers must band together and save the moviestorm staff and moviestorm from a horrific death!

Or maybe it's just one of the stupid ideas that constantly flutter through my brain. Either way with the proper dialogue and a group effort it could be funny!

Umm.. I have no clue. I really hadn't thought of that (I'm not that smart). So any ideas? LOL!

I have been thinking about this for a short time, however I thought, taking Plowbrain's outline we start like this....

It starts with having clips of scenes from movies that are done and now showing on MS website (only those of the community members participating in the film). And we show little clips and then they get changed like showing channels getting changed on the TV.

the only difference is that all of a sudden something interrupts the clips with in the scene. So as an example plowbrian has a movie about Vanilla Ice, so we use that. However just as Vanilla Ice is about to talk he is interrupted but lets say a flash of light and they all look up, then the channel is changed and lets say it is a clip from Raptor 7 movie Star Quest and all of a sudden beeper blows up and some Actors are fading in and out and all the Actors stop their script and start asking questions like "whats happening?"

We do this with many different clips and then we bring the camera back and as it movies back it starts to show multiple movies on a black background and the actors of each movie starts asking others from other movies if they now what is going on.

they decide that the best way to figure it out was to all hop on to one set. so lets say they choose the outdoor mountainous terrain seen in Star Wreck Episode 3 or the Bridge of the ship.

with everyone on one set they start to bounce off ideas. but with no luck and no one agreeing to anything soon after more weird things start to happen. All the Actors start panicking and call for help from their directors (That would be us. )

one Director decides to make an Addon and release it to the community. this set has the ability to bring your flesh from in to pixel form in to a set connected to MS servers and software. (everyone would make a Actor resemble themselves, as seen in here http://www.moviestorm.co.uk/forums/index.p...;showtopic=9254

and off they go to fight the evil which is a Virus (zombies) waring a symbol of something to show that they are from "IClown" (Iclone get it?)

here is a start and rough draft I came up with. to help the Idea grow

Found in the middle of virtual state, unsure if it was either a dream or a nightmare, Alter, wakes up, under a pile of garbage... outside of a virtual launderette... and realizes what has happened.. As she passes La Di Dah.. still in a quandary concerning undead with guns, Alter realizes that the rules of Lucid Dreaming applies in the virtual and suddenly finds herself "armed to the teeth" and gets herself in order with some bad arse huge boots and more stylish hair and goes off to seek adventure.. until she encounters OTHER MS members who tell her of this IClown situation.... the rest will of course be decided in a very honest Bruce Lee style moment.

She says that if the zombies won't be civil and talk, then we may have to throw more virtual undead upon them, and if this doesn't work, we have to find Scripter to use some special effects to make them explode.

There's one of two ways we can approach it.

1. We either create a world and a throughline that we can each bring to life in a single short episode where each of us meets the zombies.

2. We do a story chain, where someone starts with an episode and then the next person goes, one after the other.

3. We write a complete script and each of us take a piece to produce.

Either way, I would like my character to combat the zombies with metaphysics and phenomonolgy. If I look at this object in my hand and see an orange and you look at the same object and see an apple, what is the object? An orange or an apple? Whose reality is correct?

So in other words, I'd like my character to turn the zombies into things like a vase of flowers, a coffe mug, a pile of clothes, any misc prop I can think of just using the power of belief.

Then my character will run out of ideas and whoever is with me will make suggestions but those suggestions will all be props we've used before (That's a metaphysical rule, you can't use the same prop twice).

Then I have a brilliant idea and change the zombie into a car (or something else dangerous) and that's the end of flattened me.

We could do this AND then publicly create a script, then we can all play around with this project like a version of my favourite game "Exquisite Corpse''.. (people see the lines and draw a picture from the only a few lines you see on the folded paper but you don't see the entire drawing before, nor do we get to see the entire drawing of those that come after.... )
How do we do it in this style using video? I guess someone would have to randomize the script and such.. but anyway.. yeah an interesting idea!

Well where do we start? you had the story in the beginning, Mneros and you and Mcornetto have some definite plans there.. and I want to have an attack of the undead..... so where do we go now?

Corporate planning headquarters to see if we can protest against the zombies that have suddenly emerged!

Personally, I think we should do a chain. Pick an order. When it's their turn each person gets say two weeks? to make a short movie to add onto the chain. So whoever goes first does the set up, whoever goes last does the conclusion. When it's your turn you get creative control over where the story goes. I've run these sorts of things lots of times for creating scripts and it works, it just needs someone to take charge to keep the process moving along.

Also, if someone can explain the process of making a character addon, or point us to an explanation, then we can each supply our own character. I guess we'll also need to supply our voices.
