Sorry for the mixup. The years free sub you had previously had not cancelled correctly and triggered the extra charge. I've cancelled the sub and issued a refund. Sorry for the hassle.

We are having a few issues with our payment provider at the moment, so sorry for the hassle. I have increased the level of logging, so if you continue to have the same problem we should be able to track down the cause. Let us know if and when you're still having the problem and we can look into it.

Due to a glitch with our payment provider there was a monthly subscription running concurrently with your yearly subscritpion. A refund is on its way, sorry for the inconvenience.

Can you let me know if you're still having the problem. There is a built in overlap to cope with the timing of our batch so you shouldn't have had the issue and your account details look fine on our system. Thanks for the info and we'll keep trying to track down why this glitch occurred.
