Sorry, no fat character puppets come with MS, 

 

 

but 3Dtree does have a female morph you can purchase, check it out here

And at http://www.moddingstorm.co.uk/has Medieval Males & Females that Morph, for purchase, (FYI) but you can't change their outfit from the Medieval clothing.
