Glad to hear you got it working! (I don't know anyone here with the latest gen of MBP and was about to give the Apple Store a ring to see if I could borrow one of theirs...)

Oops! Our balance had indeed run low with clixGalore (which means they stop redirecting traffic to us). I've just topped it up so please try again.

Unfortunately you still get the popup because we have been flagged by Google as distributing malware as a result of the hack. I've requested a review from Google but that may take some time.
In the mean time you should probably be careful around the site just in case we get re-infected...

We got hacked by some bot net angry.gif
The site should all be cleaned up now. If you refresh any Moviestorm pages in your browser it should be fine.
If you see anything suspicious please let us know.

In Topic: Is Moviestorm for Mac under threat?

Good question indeed! I'm still slightly in shock at Steve Jobs shooting my baby on his lawn...

Realistically I doubt there will be an immediate problem: Lion users might have to install Java manually (but we might be able to hide that as we do for Windows users), and users of earlier versions of Mac OS are unlikely to lose anything.

But long term I'm not surprised. It was inevitable that there'd be a change when Oracle bought Sun and are focussing entirely on Java as a server platform. It's a shame as it can be much more, but equally it's hard to think of a commercial imperative driving it forward. Fortunately Sun open sourced Java a little while back so there are alternatives to Apple's version of Java. And as a Mac user personally I'll be doing everything I can to keep Moviestorm alive on the Mac!
