I would like to see us get this place right first before we have the arrogance to put significantly flawed civilizations out onto other planets, even though they may be utterly uninhabited.

Since I presume not long after Keith's post, it looks like the forums took an extended hiatus, though since returning to the moviemaking fold a month or so ago I've made it a habit to drop by and just check out the old place on the off chance that the boards would work once again... and today when I dropped by, I noticed the long-absent banner and logo had returned as if from the grave, so chanced my arm and lo and behold the forums appear to be working again!
Not sure for how long, and whether this means there will be any movement on the future of MS by Shortfuse (I very much doubt it, but I live in eternal hope!), but I figured I'd enjoy it whilst it lasts!
