I don't know anything about modeling but I'll start work on it. I have already been reading several messages that have been put in the Forum on the issue, but some of them are from long ago, I guess that it will be updated since then.
I would appreciate that also I indicaseis what the format is exported to Moviestorm.
Thank you

As far as I know, the clothes are still part of the character body, therefore you can't just create clothes and put them on Moviestorm characters.
So you'd need to create body parts in order to create new clothes.

What you can do is re-texturing existing clothes (body parts):

I don't think that despite of the latest updates big changes have been made, but I have so far only imported objects through the Modder's Workshop, I have no experience with re-texturing or character/clothes creation.

Do you have Moviestorm Max? It is not one of the Base addons - you have to buy it separately.

But if you do have Max then you should find it in the Addon folder in your Moviestorm install folder e.g. "C:\Program Files (x86)\Moviestorm1.6 Beta\AddOn\Wardrobe02"

If I'm not mistaken, squirrelygirl posted a tutorial on re-texturing clothes somewhere in modding. I'm not sure what tools she used and I don't have the time to hunt it down for you. It shouldn't be that hard to find though.
