Awesome. Thanks for your contributions. Someday I'll try my hand at modding. Still learning to use moviestorm and all that goes with it.  ^_^

Gee, my only request perhaps is neck scarves, not the knit wintertime ones, but the dressy ones/infinity scarves (accessories for the ladies). LOL

Thanks for all you do. Have a great week.

Yeah, we'd love to see a character actually wearing one of those fancy scarf accessories by you, for a change.

Ice Cream, like 2 to 3 scoops in a bowl and maybe a cone. Thanks for asking.

I thought it was obvious, but anyway I'll tell you what I meant to satisfy your curiosity: so far, what you've been doing all the time has been compulsively getting someone else's static models from the 3D Warehouse and bring in them into Moviestorm via the "Import from Sketchup" wizard in the Modder's Workshop and announcing your achievements with a profusion of exclamations.

We know you're a talented guy, so go ahead and bring us that accessory prop. Creating new accesories, you may know by now, is one of the most elementary and straightforward real modding routines you'll ever master. BTW, there're some good tutorials out there and you'll also learn a lot by approaching the work of others with a bit of humility and patience, and analyzing and studying them.

Oh ok. And yes. For the past week, I have been editing, adding and deleting some things in SketchUp before Moviestorm. I am also working on some projecting with Fragmotion. These products will hopefully be mostly MY modeling and animating.

Also, could you link me some tutorials for creating accessories?

I'm so glad of knowing that.

As a starting point, I would watch and study the modding tutorials in the Moviestorm's main site.

I tell you, accessory props are really really easy to get them done and working. Basically, what you have to do is taking one the puppet models (Male01 or Female01) and merging it with the model of your accessory prop (ie, with its mesh and materials, no skeleton), positioning and resizing it in relation to the puppet and then rigging its vertices to one or more of the puppet's skeleton, depending on if we're dealing with a rigid object or if it's "flexible" to some extent.

I'd suggest you to get the models of the puppets for Milkshape 3D, put together by Mr Reacher, for you'll need them. They are available at my folder with assorted modding stuff, but you can get them from other sources also.

PS: I've just updated the 'Moviestorm - Skeletons and Puppets for Milkshape 3D (Basic).zip' archive, so it now includes the models created by Mr Nahton for Fragmotion, with some animation links you might find very convenient whenever creating puppet animations involving the arms. BTW, Mr Nahton is the author of the very best held prop you'll ever find: his held Fire Extinguisher includes pyro fx, sound and whatever you can think of. You'll learn a lot by studying it.

Are there any tutorials for Fragmotion or Milkshape?

Specifically about modding for Moviestorm? None I'm aware of.

For Milkshape 3D, there are a couple of tutorials by Chris Ollie (IMHO, the very Number One) on the forums:

For Fragmotion, there's an introductory video about Fragmotion by Nahton,

Apart from these, I think pretty sure there are a few other video tutorials published in Youtube, albeit not focused on modding for Moviestorm.

BTW, should you go for FragMotion at last, you'll need Misfit 3D, for converting the models to the Cal3D format.

Here you are the general flowchart of the process for getting models created/modified with Fragmotion into working addons for Moviestorm:

When I click on the link to your folder with modding stuff, It says I must request permission (Which I did). This also happens with all your links to all your mods.

Is this on purpose? Because I would really like to download the puppets again. (I did once but my computer just crashed and lost a lot of data.)

Oh oh sorry. I've been doing some tidying up chores this evening and I guess I messed with the access permissions of the wrong folder. It should be fixed by now.
