We had a little glitch on the forums this morning; sorry for any inconvenience!
To make things right I had to remove a recent post from the "What's Your Fave TV Series. Ever..." topic - the forum software had somehow managed to add the post, but attributed it to a non-existant user. If you posted to that topic and see your post has disappeared, do please PM me or e-mail me at ben.garrett@moviestorm.co.uk, as I'd like to investigate where our software went wrong (anf, of course, get the post back in). ...I notice that my Moviestorm points is set to zero, was this part of the problem, too?

(Fulkster) ...I notice that my Moviestorm points is set to zero, was this part of the problem, too?

Hi guys - sorry about all that trouble with the website last night - we were doing a big update for the Early Access release, and I managed to delete everyone's loyalty points AND passwords. :oops:
All is now restored from backup. If you reset your password (like aramikvideo did), you will continue to have that new passwords - don't forget you can change your password on the "edit profile" page, though. Anyone who didn't reset their password should have their old password back. Loyalty points are also restored from backup. Sorry about all that - I expect you were all concerned about your accounts. But think of me! I nearly had a heart attack when I realised what I'd done! -------------------- Ben
