Not right now. It will be released and made available for free upon request when the project it's intended for is either finished or shelved.

It was my original intention to release this mod as a New Year gift, but things turned out otherwise.
However, I think it's better late than never, so I guess you may like to know that the addon has been publicly released and it's now available from my shared folder (see link in signature).
