paypal payment taken

Hi

ive had a payment for £4.99 taken from my paypal account that i dont think should have happened. i had a balance of 600 points sitting so used some to buy the filters 3 pack. my total dropped to 100 points, yet today i came home from work to find a payment for 4.99 made to yourselfs. can you advise please ?

managed to figure it was a monthly sub payment that was taken. I'd been under the impression id be asked to renew my subscription not taken automatically.

The same thing has happened to me, I was expect a warning email at least, to say your sub was about to be renewed, so I could do some thing about it, now I'm $7.99 down from my PayPal account which I was saving for another purchase and I can't untick subscription renew automatically, looks like I will have to cancel my sub so I don't get billed again next month.

Yes, that was sneaky! Happened to me too... was under the impression i was on a yearly sub/; and i could just renew it with all the points i have saved up.
I have no option to get a yearly sub. at the moment too.

I have all the addons i want and need already and lots of points too.
What's going on MS. staff?

What has happened: The 12 month free, then onto a monthly subscription offer that was made just over a year ago, has got to the stage where people who accepted it are now on monthly subsciptions.

There have been problems with this conversion with some peoples accounts, so if this has caused problems for you, please contact us at support.team@moviestorm.co.uk, and we will try to sort things out. It is something that is best handled on an individual basis, rather than in a forum thread, however.
