Hi
In January I renewed my subscription with an annual payment. My Bank have informed me that on Tuesday you took a monthly payment as well. Please can you look in to this an amend your records. Also credit the monthly payment taken Many thanks Graham Easton |

I've canceled the subsciption in our payment system that should have been canceled when you moved to the 12 month payment.
