Great list so far. I'd like to add a request for wounds we can place on a character (e.g. a gunshot in the shoulder or leg). If these could be applied like the facial wounds, it would be brilliant.
The other thing I think would be great would be a crying animation (or variations on this, including something like a single tear drop sort of animation). Anything along those lines. |

Water cooler and animations, old-fashioned typewriter, old-fashioned rotary dial phone and animations (possibly stick-type phone where you turn the handle to dial too), vending machine, radio set and mike.
Water bottle and drinking/pouring out animations. -------------------- "I have had the same problem with getting the wheels to rotate properly with animated cars. They have to be all the same size and round and that helps a bit." America's Top Modder.

A rocking chair. A swing set. Logs to throw in a fire place. A printer or fax machine you can pull paper from and read. A lamp with animations to turn on or off.

Somethings I would like to see are additional door interaction animations such as open/close slowly and partly, kick open, slam shut, open/close cautiously, peer around door.
I know we have the sword pack due in the near future but more use for the handheld knife such as slash, stab and more animations (or at least release the arm so that we can use gestures or custom animations for it). Curtains with interactions (tintable and accept user images) such as open and close. Interactive kitchen and bathroom set with all features such as use cooker, open oven door, place pan. Sink use such as turn on tap, emtpy, wash hands, fridge open rumage and take item out, close. Open, reach in and close cupboards. Bath, turn taps, empty bath, get in and lay down in bath, get out of bath. Use toilet ie: sit on, stand up, flush. Also after the success with the wheelchair can it be extended to interactive cars, such as open/close boot, get in driver, get in passenger, get out (doors would open and close accordingly), driver hands on wheel, change gear etc. My list could go on and on, even if some of these were released as premium addons I would happily purchase them. -------------------- |

Since we now have the skeletons avaiable, can't we create animated usable props ourselves? I haven't had time to work with the skeletons myself yet but i know a lot of you have. Also it is pretty easy to create a usable automobile or motorcycle that czn be ridden in. I did all those 1930's cars as well as the rickshaw and it was not hard at all. In fact that was a lot easier than creating the collapsing buildings I am currently doing. I thought someone did create a usable motorcycle. I did some ridable horses but then Chris did his and his were much better than mine so I just bought his instead of using my own.

I certainly appreciate this bonus content, we can make things ourselves, but it it really is hard to get things to match.

It isn't complicated to make my own props and models and animated props but it is very time consuming and the ones the staff do are always so good. -------------------- |

I've seen a lot of great work with animating the skeletons, so doing it yourself is certainly an option...but I haven't seen anything yet that matches Chris' animation quality. There's a pretty steep learning curve, especially to get all the subtle movements on other affected bones to make it look realistic.
Besides, this isn't the "can we do it ourselves" thread, it's the "what bonus content would you like to see" thread Also after the success with the wheelchair can it be extended to interactive cars, such as open/close boot, get in driver, get in passenger, get out (doors would open and close accordingly), driver hands on wheel, change gear etc. ...even if some of these were released as premium addons I would happily purchase them. Ditto and ditto! -------------------- |

Military stuff: assault rifle, bazooka, cannons, mortars, grenades, firing over cover animations (like over your head while crouched. Since I love making military tribute films, these would be perfect. I would also need more uniforms (American [Army, Marines, Navy], British, German, Chinese, Japanese, Etc.) -------------------- The Harb40 Passion Competition now has it's own website.

I could use quite a few of those mentioned so far.
Let me add a generic book that can held, take an image and possibly even be opened and closed and read. (not necessarily in that order) Also, a generic oval mask that can be worn, takes an image and possibly even accommodates transparencies. -------------------- Sango: "If it was really a miracle everyone would have been saved."

Not seen it mentioned so far, but an umbrella (handheld not patio) might help me get a project off the ground that is floundering due to lack of time to fix problems with homemade version of said prop.

Seconding the umbrella!
Especially if we can use swordfighting animations with it. |

More buildings would definitely be great. Here's a pack idea: build your own skyscrapers. Pieces in modular form, like the town buildings pack. Plus big city stuff in it, like taxis, subway, buses, etc.

Additionala armor costumes of different types (leather, chainmail, platemail, combinations, banded, scaled, etc.) and styles would be nice too. To supplement the sword pack, how about shields? Maces, lances, flails, quarterstaves, etc. -------------------- |

To supplement the sword pack, how about shields? Maces, lances, flails, quarterstaves, etc. Yes I think that what Moviestorm should concentrate most on is more costumes, body weights, hair and features and animations. We who do modding can create all the other kinds of props. About the rope, we might even be able to do that ourselves. When I made the bunk beds for Vautrin and did the demo movie, All I had to do was place a Moviestorm bed on the top bunk and the puppet looked like she was climbing the ladder to get on the top bunk. Also I had an old fashioned high double bed with a little box for a stair to it and the puppet actually stepped on the box to get on the bed. With the Rickshaw i did, even though it was a high seat, I put the wheelchair in the seat and had the puppet climb into the Rickshaw and it looked very natural like they were stepping up to the seat. So you might be surprised at what we can do with what we have. -------------------- |
