Hi

So I'm still at pre-production stage of my Doctor Who series and many of my episodes have been cut for others to be put in, anyway one of my episodes will feature Cybermen as the villain. The only problem with this is that I don't have a single idea on how to make the Cybermen. I just find it impossible to make them and animate them.
So I was wondering if someone would be willing to make 2 for me. Here are the requirements for it.
  • They both must look like this.

  • Have a walking animation and a pointing animation
  • Be the height of a normal character

Many Thanks
GTALAR

A rough test of a Cyberman head. Not thrilled with it yet.

Should I continue?

The one you have posted is the latest incarnation of the Cybermen. They have evolved over the years. There is another early version which looks like this.

I am looking hard to find a mesh that will work for the latest incarnation.

If you're doing a head replacement there, you can probably afford to go higher poly to smooth it out. Same with the body. Looks good though smile.gif

Well good grief man you've had almost 40 mins so far, what's keeping you?

Seriously though, I'm beginning to think you have cyber-implants judging by the speed you knock these requests out ! laugh.gif

I think this looks better. What do you think?

P.S. This is just the head. There is more body work to be done.

I couldn't find a metallic texture I liked but it takes an image, so knock yourself out!

WOW thank you so much. You are fantastic.
one more thing though, the person who is writing this episode (yeah it's not just me writing all my episodes) has told me that for his episodes it is to feature Cybermats. So I was wondering if you could please make one for me.
This is what I would like it to look like.

Also it needs to slide alone the ground like the dalek and K9.
Many thanks
