I'm trying to figure out how to have a character walk into a room with a cup of coffee already in hand. Is there some kind of "glue objects together" that im just not seeing? Thanks in advance. I've been working on this project for a few hours and I think im addicted to this program

There are no anims for the coffee mug for standing poses, I'm afraid (I just added a feature request).
You could maybe use the wineglass (which does have anims for standing poses) - click on the character in the directors view and select 'use prop' to see the different props that they can use. -------------------- Ben Sanders
