Some people who had a 'no terrain' hack are having problems with 1.5 not working. This isnt necessary in 1.5, as there is a 'hide terrain' tick box.
To fix the problem, replace the file: Default.material in your installation in AddOn/Core/Data/Materials/Terrain with the one that is zipped up in this attachment -------------------- Ben Sanders

Glad you posted this Ben. I figured that out right away and luckily I had kept my old default terrain code and could fix it. I need to remove the movie I made where I gave instructions for the remove mountains hack so people won't use it anymore. Great that we can just make the mountains and terrain invisible though., because sometimes I could use that terrain and the mountains in my movies.
