Lip Sync doesn't work, I have read all the related topics

Hi guys,
I have the v1.5 of MovieStorm.
Altought the software works perfectly, I can't make the lips syncronize.
I have tried everything.

-I moved the MovieStorm 1.5 folder (where it was installed) to C:\MovieStorm
All my renders go to C:\MVR

-In the run window, I typed

setx MOVIESTORM_PROFILE C:\Moviestorm

and nothing.

- I tried recording INSIDE Ms, and nothing.

- I tried using Audacity and (44,1khz 16bits, mono) and nothing.

- I tried with the 'automatic' voice of MS and nothing (the button you press and a machine automatically speaks what you have typed)


Please I need help.
