Youtube and Moviestorm music packs, copyright

Recently I've been posting my movies on Youtube and nearly everytime I am getting the 'matched third party content' warning for the music I'm using. As the music is always what I've bought from Moviestorm and I assumed to be coyright free and licensed for commercial use I cannot understand what the problem is. I've appealed some of these and using exactly the same music I've had the warning both revoked for one movie and enforced for another. According to each warning, the music belongs to a company called Duffnote. Is this the case? and is there anything that Moviestorm can do about this?

Our Company has no direct contact with Moviestorm but the creators we represent were told by Moviestorm to point any enquiries to them direct so they should be able to advise further following your initial communication.

My understanding from the creators is they never granted consent for royalty free use or gave away the Sound Recordings as "Library". They still own and control full rights on the works. However you do have permission to use and upload the Sound Recordings as part of a Moviestorm Video even though the Sound Recordings ownership remains with the creators.

So, do users of MS have the right to profit from any videos made using music from the Bob and Barn packs ? Comments from anyone at Moviestorm appreciated .................... Hello?

Perhaps adding a waiver (iE: "Purchaser of this pack has the legal right to use this material for projects containing Moviestorm animation etc. etc") to the music packs which could be forwarded to YouTube's legal weasels, or anyone else who questions it, would be useful to avoid this happening to the rest of us!
