Youtube and Moviestorm music packs, copyright

Recently I've been posting my movies on Youtube and nearly everytime I am getting the 'matched third party content' warning for the music I'm using. As the music is always what I've bought from Moviestorm and I assumed to be coyright free and licensed for commercial use I cannot understand what the problem is. I've appealed some of these and using exactly the same music I've had the warning both revoked for one movie and enforced for another. According to each warning, the music belongs to a company called Duffnote. Is this the case? and is there anything that Moviestorm can do about this?

Google play...I hadn't been too aware of google pushing media due to having a phone made from lego bricks, but I wonder if in order to make this work they are having to do deals with media producers which are indirectly leading to the copyfraud issues on youtube?
ie Leaning over backwards to accomodate big media firms and the small fish are jumping in to exploit weaknesses in the system, and the other firms are neding to act defensively and in the end small video producers get squeezed out.

The problem is...as I see it...that I'm geting less and less inclined to deal with google where I can avoid doing so, though avoiding them altogether just isn't possible.

Is it just me finding these developments somewhat worrying?

I just reloaded a video with music obtained from jamendo and it was retagged by this wierd group godigital. I then disputed it. The "rejected the claim and reinstated *their* copyright" So I now have to go to jamendo to file an abuse report against them

Its a lot of work I will be not using youtube much longer if at all. If i do it will be for stuff I dont care about that has not quality or content value. I am putting a few things there I am busy making now, but I am simultaneously adding them to blip tv and getting my channel there running with more content. Copyfraud is copyfraud and a major entity like well google ignoring it and allowing companies to use a content id system to id stuff as copyright that they dont own after they are aware of it is gonna get them sued sooner or later.

Pretty much the only thing I use of theirs is youtube. My homepage uses bing search engine. My isp uses yahoo. My blog is installed on my own webspace and I use facebook. The rest if it gets onto google I didnt put it there. They will never get a dime of my money knowingly. I dont use itunes or emusic and I dont think I ever used their search engine. I have one person I deal with who insists on using google groups and a few other things. I told him I might be stopping to do business with him because of the issues I am having with google on youtube. He started reading up. I am close to retirement and moving towards working part time so I need to drop a few bits of work anyhow.

I am tired of dealing with their issues and am not looking to earn money off video monitization. I just wanted to make some "tv channels" for a hobby and fun.

Eh sorry for ranting its all quite annoying but I think i know why i am getting tagged after being left alone for awhile. Somehow the allow ads to show button has been flipped on and I had it off. Its off now again.
