I want make a scene where a character jumps in the air several times and is then knocked backwards where he flies through the air till he hits the ground.

So my questions are:

1) Can a character be made to leave the ground (vertically) to resemble jumping?

2) If the response to the first question is yes, can the character be horizontally inclined when in the air (to represent him being knocked backwards and flying through the air a couple of feet)?

Cheers!

You will probably need the Blown About and the Jumps and Falls packs from Moddingstorm.

yes and cort made one jump animation. If you want to be a do it yourselfer you can use the modding work shop and milkshape or some other bit of software and import the avatar mesh with skeleton to do this. In this case since its an independant animation of just the avatar is not that hard to do (once you learn how.. lol).

However these animations exist already so you are just going to be duplicating work but it depends on your pocket book in the end I guess smile.gif

Thank you both very much for your thoughtful replies. I'll have to look into those.
