Publish account, can't login into publisher account

i can't seem to login into my publisher's account for some reason.
i tried to refresh the license, nothing, i removed the license file and tried logging in again to see if it will re-download..., still nothing, i hope someone else have an idea to fix it lol

Update:

i figured it out - i just have to remember everything is case sensitive , space included lol
