Here's a playlist of videos tagged Valentine so far (including some from last year). If you've submitted a movie and it's not tagged, it won't be entered!

Shamelessly, I cheated a bit:
http://www.moviestorm.co.uk/community/inde...p;vid_id=103698 But I did actually change the title credits to reflect the Holiday |

After much gnashing of teeth and fisty cuffs with Moviestorm and the rendering system, I present my poor effort http://www.moviestorm.co.uk/community/inde...p;vid_id=103712
Regards David I just checked it and for what ever reason its uploaded very dark, darker than the version used to upload from and the colour is a bit washed out, I have no idea why, so my apologies and the news paper cutting at the end has been shortened to a second, just before the Bilby, I rechecked it in the version I uploaded and it lasts 20 seconds, which was enough time for people to read it. -------------------- |

Yeah, finished before the deadline (that's a first...)
A bigger project than I anticipated, but it paid off in experience. I know the shadows are bad and have since learned you have to stick to small sets to get them crisp. Anyway, here's my entry for the Valentine Competition -------------------- "I wish we'd wake up one day, and everyone feel moved. We asked you to show us your funniest and most romantic Valentine’s Day movies. As usual, you sent us some great work.
Most Romantic Winner: (10,000 MSP) That’s Amore by Throwaxe. The 1953 Dean Martin classic set to music. The gestures, timing and lighting were beautiful, and the ending puts a smile on your face. Runner-up: (2,000 MSP) Overrated by davidwww. Runner-up: (2,000 MSP) The Heart’s Devotion by Robear. Funniest Winner: (10,000 MSP) Valentine’s After The Monster Apocalypse by act3scene24. Moviestorm comedy virtuoso Jorge Campos strikes again with this wickedly funny take on Valentine’s Day. Sharp dialogue and a great sense of timing make this a worthy winner. Runner-up: (2,000 MSP) Numa Valentine by 162. Runner-up: (2,000 MSP) LONG DISTANCE…A Valentine’s Love Story by steve3416. Best Newcomer: Winner: (10,000 MSP) A Message to Norman by Celestina. A beautifully tender and loving piece which shows use of many different Moviestorm techniques. Thank you for all your entries - keep them coming! -------------------- The Moviestorm Team

WOW! Thank you, thank you so much Moviestorm and everyone... I have watched all the other winning movies and they are all amazing, well done everyone...
I know I have a long way to go to meet these high standards... but I know I will be so pleased with myself if I can make it at least quarter of the way. I can now buy my rented packs... thank you so much -------------------- |
