I use both the Samson C01U mic and the Microsoft LifeChat LX-3000 headset. Depending on what I am doing and what I want is which one I use. I am converting a closet into a soundproof booth to use the Samson better since it is really sensitive and will pick up ambient noise from as far away as 30 feet.
