I dunno...Just throwing this out there....

Like, different people could make a noir-like (or in my case, Sin City-ish) feature or short flick and combine it in a collection...

Kinda an excuse to try out the new filters...plus, you know, I love the variety with different people's ideas...

Problem is, we'd need to come up with a name for the collection.

Might be cool! I mean, "Ring of a False God" did that genre some justice (although, maybe it was more crime drama than noir...)

Plus, that red-only filter you made? Screams "Sin City"! (Although it only worked that way in the movie; the comics were mostly black and white.)

...Oh, wait, was that a title idea?

What are some of your ideas for props that would work for this genre? I can think of costumes of course, bu tnot props.

I always associate Film Noir with the 50's so maybe a lot of vintage type household and office props and 50s decor. That would be really fun to do.

I would say then, 30's, 40's and 50's for props and costumes.

Sure, I make props constantly and I can do some. I plan to get into costumes too and we do have a couple of costumes that with the right texturees will look more 40ish

I mean the movie-making aspect. Are you interested in making a flick for this? (Though, I admire your prop-initative!)

I love film noir, and i would love to make one... But as you can probably see by my lack of posts I'm not exactly experienced so it's gonna take a while before I make a proper film-noir!

But considering that name, my classic example (and one of my favorite movies) of film noir is Sunset Blvd.

So maybe something like "Moviestorm on Sunset" or "Notorious noir collection" after Hitchcock's "Notorious" wink.gif

Moviestorm noir?

"DarkStorm", definitely biggrin.gif

This Noir collaboration idea seems to have died out a couple of months ago,
but since I'm having a go myself at a Film Noir thingy, I would like to point out
that a light prop that actually can cast shadows would be a huge help...

Something to put on the" to do" list for future releases maybe... ?

I don't think so that is a good way of entertainment and there should be any of the other good way to catch it as I think .
