All my actors, including ones from Beta 1.4, are headless. Their beards hair and glasses are visible, but they're just floating in space.
I was able to choose 1 of 2 default heads in the edit window, but they're very generic. I think I already know the reason - I have a nVidia 5200 series graphics card, it's not up to snuff. |

I think our next ship will turn off the shaders and invite you to turn them on if you have the right hardware.
Do, please summarise any hardware spec here if it gives recurrent trouble. All we need to know right now are: Processor: O/S (and "latest patch") RAM GFX Card GFX drivers - version Java version Anti-virus - version Sound card Sound drivers - version If we get deeper into it, let us know if we can PM you for more info, ta. -------------------- David J W Bailey ACA MA MSc GIBiol MInstD

What you do is to go back into the Puppet shop and reselect the head. If the head won't work it might show a thumbnal but the head won't appear on the body. Just pick one that actually shows up on the body and everything will work fine. -------------------- |

I am happy it worked for you. Using software reminds me of fixing my car back in the old days before I always had new cars. I learned because everything always went wrong with my car. So I am learned so much from my own errors using this software. -------------------- |
