Add me to the list of interested by-standers.
I loved that game. -------------------- Sango: "If it was really a miracle everyone would have been saved."
Vargas: "But if everyone was saved how would anyone know it was a miracle." Sango and Vargas arguing over the implications of one person surviving an unexpectedly active tidal season. |

Well as I grow in my ability as a modder I end up re doing thing
Having learned to properly rig stuff to the MS Skeleton, and I have also learned, how to properly do textures to get the cal exporters to work, so I started of course with Aerith and you will notice a Jacket over-top of her pink dress, you will also notice that her hair now clings to her body so that it is now not as stiff looking. I still need to apply the method to Tifa's Hair But that's next. http://www.moviestorm.co.uk/community/inde...p;vid_id=108093 I was Lazy and Just used the MS text to speech generator for the short scene witch I just notices dose not differ from male to female! -------------------- |

A comment on your I hate typing. Also I question if you can answer it. If you haven't heard of Dragon naturally speakeasy allow me to introduce you to your typing dilemma. With this program all you need is a microphone and a little patience and all you have to do is speak into the mic and it will type for you. You may need to do a little editing to get the program to work accurately but it is well worth it. Mine cost $75 and I wouldn't trade it for the world.
My question is: how do edit or make characters for moviestorm? For example, in Daz studio you can create your own characters or use the characters they have and modify them. How do you do that in movie storm that is my question thanks. I am new to movie storm. as much as I hate forums Mostly because I hate typing, and reading for that matter, I realize this is is where this community really connects is here in the forms, I have noticed an interest in my Final Fantasy VII project, So I will be using this Thread to get feed back & post updates work I have already posted Tifa Test: http://www.moviestorm.co.uk/community/inde...p;vid_id=104490 Aeris & Tifa Test: http://www.moviestorm.co.uk/community/inde...p;vid_id=104515 Midgar Test 1 http://www.moviestorm.co.uk/community/inde...p;vid_id=104587 if today proves to be produtive I will post another Midgar Screen test I am building the Models my self In Sketch-up I am Picky about details so at over 40h spent doing the Midgar model I am only about 28% complete |

My question is: how do edit or make characters for moviestorm? For example, in Daz studio you can create your own characters or use the characters they have and modify them. How do you do that in movie storm that is my question thanks. I am new to movie storm. I will answer this the best that I Can. as for Making your own characters that simple just use the dressing room (and Moviestorm Universal head with Multiple sliders) to make a character look how you want. with any of the per-existing costumes as for custom costumes that a little more complicated the Moviestorm engine currently has too puppets one (one size) male and one (one size) Female. there are two method (three if you count mixing the two methods) you can Use to make costumes Method 1 (Re-Texturing): the self explanatory titled method is the simplest, you take an existing Moviestorm Costume (from any of the available content packs) and you Change (re-texture) the Costume to look how you see fit, you apply the textures to a new Body-part template in the modders work shop, and BAM you have a new Costume! it is also possible to make an exiting costume in to an accessory! Why is this useful? it allows for you to use TWO costumes on the same puppet! and to some degree by using transparencys can do a little mixing and matching (to a small degree) Method 2 (New Mesh Modding) Using the Skeleton file's found Here you can use a Variety of different 3D modeling programs to Create and skin (Costumes & accessory's ) new objects (meshes) to the Moviestorm skeleton and Import them into the program. being as there is Many Forum threads and on the "How to's" of changing textures and using the Moviestorm skeleton's I wont elaborate any farther here. as I actually came to this thread to post an update seen below -------------------- |
