Where does one put a head morph?

Do we just put it in a "Data/Puppets/.../Heads/Full_Morph/My_Morph.CMF" directory in an addon we create?

Yes, you would.

If you have the Moddingstorm Beards addon that Chris did, then it is a good example of a mod for the Universal Head that adds morphs (and decals).
It has a custom version of the UniversalHead.bodypart that includes new entries in the <morphTargets> section describing the new morphs, and it also has entries in the <decals> section for the extra beard decals.
It is missing most of the other sections that one would find in the original UniversalHead.bodypart

Moviestorm effectively merges the UniversalHead.bodypart from different addons, when it is running, so that all the morph targets and decals from the UniversalHeads across all addons are present in the head you get to play with in the dressing room.
