Please help!

I have tried loading a scene which previously worked flawlessly, but when I tried opening today, I was met with the error:

Unknown Origin
Template -cfireman (fatal)

Can someone please help identify the origin of this to hopefully allow replacement if it has become corrupt?

When trying to attach a copy of the related "movie.mscope" file (or a .txt copy), I received the following message... "Upload failed. Please ask the administrator to check the settings and permissions"

Don't know how this can happen. The fireman template should be "Fireman.bodypart" though. You can try one thing:

Make a copy of your movie.mscope for safe keeping. Then open the file in a pure text editor (non-styling) and look for the "fireman". Check if the referred template is called "Fireman". If not, correct it, save the file, and try to open the movie in Moviestorm.

It should look like this:
CODE
<bodyPart template="Fireman">
