Hi. I would like to have a soldier character walk or run on the spot using a scrolling background to make it appear the character is moving across the screen. I know Of course I can move the character but on this occasion I need it to move on the spot. Anyone help please?

Nahton has a walk in place, there isn't any run in place that I know of:

Edited - corrected: Once installed you can find in in the Posture menu.
I was in the middle of modding in the Workshop when I first posted, and once out, I could let you know for sure where it was.
