Many thanks to all of you for your encouraging feedback.

 

From a technical point of view, it's not a complex thing to do (a pyroprop with one only texture and a UV animation, plus a few boring rotation animations), although visually appealing.

 

New (and hopefully last) release available, with three variants of rotation (six, if we take into account it may be shining or not with a tenuous blue light):

- complex  (both halves rotating in opposite directions)

- clockwise

- counterclockwise

 

Forgot  to say, it's resizable.

 

 

PS: one last thing: shame on me, a movie created with the prior version of the mod won't work with this release. However, it can be easily fixed: just go to the folder containing the movie and open the file movie.mscope with a text editor. Search for the text:

 

                    <bone>Rotor</bone>

and replace the word Rotor with Emitter.

Save and exit the text editor.  It should work now.
