It's taking a while to buffer for me (1/2 hour!!)

edit: it's speeded up now, maybe it hadn't uploaded properly before.

What an incredibly beautiful film. Great use of the floor and green screens. That sure transported you to a different place!

Wow!

We can always find a new view of things (good imagination) from Kkffoo! (I had never heard of kaleider... neat!)

(Off topic a little, did you know that the Moviestorm site now accepts/plays wmv films, too? I wasn't sure if you were talking about the long upload being the kind of file you were loading or not...)
The next big thing: MOVIESTORM!

See my most recent movie: "Athena Project: Chapter 2 (Down the Rabbit-hole)"

You're very welcome reptor, especially as I got the idea for the kaleider tunnel from your hyperspace tunnel...it was so impressive..

and the black dress came from following mrJoyce's tutorial.
I'm getting ideas from everyone who has posted.

kkffoo, that was great.

It reminded me of the atmosphere of "Cube", waking up in a surreal place you don't recognise.

Thanks Ben, I'm not sure if I've watched that movie though I might have seen clips.
It's amazing what influences you pick up without realising.

Very nice. Thanks to finding out about Kaleider, I think I can make the tornado I want to do.

By the way, where do I find the green screen? Thanks.

Thanks for the support!
Lucinda, I made the greenscreen using simple backdrop 02 (hope that's it!)
Right click after it is placed and you get options to rescale, recolour.
Make a stab at a colour which doesn't otherwise appear on your set and Then use your editor to mask that part out.

Weird and wonderful! I love what's happening when you mix and match Moviestorm with other tools - it gives us stuff that we never even imagined.

I had a similar problems with long load times (10 mins before it started). Did you know that you can put several different versions of the film on the same page? It might be worth (as an experiment, if nothing else) putting up both a low-res and a high-res version and allowing the viewer to pick which one they want to see.

That's a good idea on different resolutions being available to view. It would help those still with dial-up connections(not me, but yes, they are out there... wink.gif )
