Hi all

 

I want to have and use a different guitar fron the basic Strat model that Moviestorm has.  For example I currently play a Danelectro and my bass player plays a Rickenbaker.

 

When I look into the files they appear to be jpeg. I'm sure I can't just get a jpeg of my model of guitar and import it somehow - there is bound to be much more to this. What is the easiest way for me to create my own?

 

Also why won't the program allow me to change the bass drum skin to my own image?

Sadly it is not that easy. You have to create completely new models for the instruments as I did here:-  You can then use them with any of the music animations .

 

Re the drum kit I did this once by creating an addon which had my own textures in it (I just copied the existing ones and editted them) and placing it in :-

 

 

[Path to your MS installation]...\AddOn\MyBandsLogo\Data\Props\Music\Percussion\Drums_01\Textures

 

Then they became an option in the popup box.
