I just tried to download the new pack, and despite having enough points to purchase, and my basket total set at £0 I am still directed to a payment page and asked to pay full price..glitch?

that's weird because i had to enter my points. but, there must be some glitch because i got overcharged around triple.

Sorry zuckerman, I should have been clearer. My basket read £0 once I added my points.

You must enter about 600 points in the blank rectangle at the right and then klick on the button RECALCULATE, that's that. You are now able to download the Music Video 01 Pack.
I hope this make sense, it worked fine by me! :wink:

HSBC want my money still..maybe they over spent on Britney Spears cds and need to claw it back somehow?

Hi kkffoo,

Melopee is right, you need to enter the number of points you wish to use and click the "Recalculate" button that is next to the points text field.

If the payable balance is 0.0, the "payment method" section is removed from the page and you won't end up redirected to HSBC.

If this isn't what happend for you, it's definitely a glitch. I'll PM you to see if I can get more clues about what is going wrong.

Ben, I have to go be screamed at by a roomful of tots having christmas party now, if I have a brain cell left when I return I'll try a few things.
Total reads £0 when I press recalculate (as before) . HSBC stll want my money.

Download is now working correctly for me. I have not been charged after redeeming my points.
